COLD AND FROZEN PASTIES ARE AVAILABLE!
Whether you purchased our pasties hot, cold or frozen, all of our pasties are sold fully cooked, so a short reheating time is all that is required. It is recommended that frozen pasties be thawed. Remove the foil wrapper while the pasty is still frozen.
When time permits, the reheating of pasties in a conventional oven will more closely duplicate the hot pasties in our bakery.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place thawed pasty on a non-greased cookie sheet. Place in center of oven and bake for 15 minutes / (40 minutes if frozen) for one pasty. Add two minutes for each additional pasty.
Place thawed pasty off center in the oven cavity. Cook on high for 1 minute / (4 minutes if frozen). Turn the pasty over and cook for one more minute.
Note: Less heating time is required for Mini-pasties.
